Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (India)
BSNL is a fully state owned public sector undertaking of Government of India. It is the incumbent and largest telecom operator in India with a market share of around 28.1% of combined telecom services having subscriber base of around 66.4 million out of which 30.30 million are GSM subscribers. It provides whole range of State-of-art telecom services in the whole of India except Delhi and Mumbai where the telecom services are provided by its State owned sister company, MTNL. Net worth of BSNL as on 31 March 2007 is approximately US$21 billions, with total income and net profit for the year 2006-07 of US$9.5 billions, and US$ 1.9 billions respectively.

PT Indosat Tbk (Indonesia)
Indosat Tbk is a leading telecommunication and information service provider in Indonesia that provides cellular of prepaid and postpaid services (Mentari, IM3 and Matrix), IDD services and fixed telecommunication services. Indosat also provides Multimedia, Internet & Data Communication Services (MIDI). KT Freetel Co, Ltd. (Republic of Korea)
Since 1997 when it first launched its PCS business, KTF has grown into a leading player with 12 million subscribers in Korea's mobile communications industry, setting new records. Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (India)
MTNL was set up on 1st April 1986 by the Government of India to upgrade the quality of telecom services, expand the telecom network, introduce new services and to raise revenue for telecom development needs of India’s key metros – Delhi, the political capital and Mumbai, the business capital of India. In the past 21 years, the company has taken rapid strides to emerge as India’s leading and one of Asia’s largest telecom operating companies. Besides having a strong financial base, MTNL has achieved a customer base of about 6.5 million.

The company has also been in the forefront of technology induction by converting 100% of its telephone exchange network into the state-of-the-art digital mode. The Govt. of India currently holds 56.25% stake in the company. In the year 2007-08, the company
is focusing on widening the cellular and CDMA-based WLL customer base, introducing IPTV & VOIP services and achieving at least 5,00,000 broadband customers, and further expanding of telecom services in Mauritius through its subsidiary.

NTT DOCOMO, INC. (Japan, Guam and CNMI)
NTT DOCOMO is the world's leading mobile communications company. DOCOMO serves about 53 million customers, including 40 million people subscribing to FOMA™, launched as the world's first 3G mobile service based on W-CDMA in 2001. Smart Communications, Inc. (Philippines)
Smart Communications, Inc. is the Philippines' leading wireless services provider with 22.9 million subscribers on its GSM network as of end-September 2006. StarHub Ltd (Singapore)
StarHub is Singapore's second largest info-communication company and the sole operator delivering a full range of information, communications and entertainment services over fixed, cable, mobile and Internet platforms. StarHub operates a 3G mobile network in addition to its GSM network, and is the exclusive provider of the i-mode mobile Internet service over its 2.5G and 3G networks. StarHub also operates its own nation-wide HFC network that delivers multi-channel cable TV services (including Digital Cable), voice and Internet access for both consumer and corporate markets.
