Shri Rakesh Kumar Agarwal has done his B.E. from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in 1973 and then M.Tech in Communications from IIT Delhi in 1975. Thereafter he joined Department of Telecommunications and worked in various fields of telecommunications. He did installation of C-400 Cross Bar Exchanges till 1983. He was sent to France for training for the installation of Digital Electronic Exchange of E-10B make in 1983 and thereafter worked as Deputy General Manager (Installation) for E-10B Exchanges in MTNL, Mumbai from 1983 till 1991.
He was DoT representative for the System Selection Committee set up to finalise gateway switches for VSNL. During 1990 he represented India for APT Conference in Indonesia. He was also deputed as Project Director, TCIL to Sultanate-of-Oman from 1991 to 1996 where he handled all the projects related to setting up the external plant network for copper cable and Optical Fibre Network in Sultanate-of-Oman. From 1996-98 he worked as Chief General Manager, Andaman & Nicobar Telecom Circle and thereafter handled the charge of Jaipur Telecom District, Rajasthan from 1998-99. He was posted as General Manager (Development) in Pune in 1999 and was incharge of complete planning and installation of all switching and transmission network in Pune District. He was also in-charge of computerization as well as introduction of new services in the network in Pune.
He was closely involved with planning, evaluation of tender as well as implementation and maintenance of GSM Mobile Services in Maharashtra since 2002. As Chairman of the Validation Committee he successfully carried out the validation of mobile switch for West Zone installed at Pune. He was in-charge of all the Central Platforms for GSM Mobile Services for West Zone installed at Pune namely pre-paid platform, billing system and value added services for mobile. Later on he finalized expansion of mobile network in West Zone for 4 million lines and was involved in the commissioning and maintenance of GSM Mobile Network. He was also closely involved with the setting up of Call Centre at Pune for handling Customer Care and Marketing of Mobile Services till May, 2006.In June, 2006, he was posted as Chief General Manager, BSNL Bihar Telecom Circle. He has taken over the charge of Director (Planning & New Services) in BSNL Board w.e.f. 11th April, 2008.
Jeffey Gee has been Chief Technology Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Far EasTone since 2010. Prior to holding the portfolio, Jeffey served as President of New Century InfoComm Tech Co., Ltd. (NCIC) as well as Executive Vice President of Network & Technology of Far EasTone. Jeffey has more than 30-year experience in international telecommunications management and network planning, covering all aspects of new business planning and development, business operations, finance and network operations. Jeffey joined FET in 2004 and was responsible for the planning, development, implementation and operation of FET's 2G and 3G network infrastructure and value added service platforms.
Jeffey's other professional stints include Chairman of KGEx.com, Chairman of FENCIT, China and Chairman of iScreen Corporation now; Vice President of Network Engineering & Operations at KGTelecom from 2001 to 2003; General Manager for the Asia Pacific region from 1996 to 2001 at eGlobe Inc.; Vice President of Network Integration at Cincinnati Bell Information Systems from 1987 to 1996; Vice President of Technology at Contel/GTE from 1980 to 1987.

Andrew is a veteran in the international telecommunications industry with more than 25 years of experience. He has assumed outstanding leadership in the development of international business for a number of telecommunications giants in Asia.
Currently, Andrew is the Senior Vice President of International Business Division at Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong Holdings Limited (“HTHKH”), a leading integrated telecommunications service operator based in Hong Kong. Since joining the Company in 2002, he has been the head of International Business Division, and presently oversees the international voice and switched services and international fixed-line business of the Company. Andrew has played a pivotal role in extending the Company’s worldwide reach and establishing its strong foothold in Asia, North America, and Europe with more than 17 overseas offices. Today, HTHKH continues to rise in stature as a prominent global telecommunications operator.
Prior to this, Andrew was the Vice President and Managing Director (Asia) of Teleglobe, managing its operations in more than 15 countries in Asia. He also held various management positions at MCI International in Asia, Hong Kong Telecom International and Cable & Wireless (HK).
Fadzri Sentosa was appointed Director and Chief Wholesale & Infrastructure Officer, PT Indosat, Tbk since June 2007.
Currently, he also holds the position of Commissioner of PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta, and held as President Commissioner of PT Indosat Mega Media (IM2) for the last 3 years.

Eung Ho Lee has been served as a Senior Vice President of T&C Group of KT Corp. in the early 2013.
Eung Ho Lee joined KT in 1991, first serving in the PR department. Then he transferred to the T&C Business Cooperation Department of T&C Group of KT as the Senior Vice President.
Prior to this, Mr. Lee held a number of positions in the parent company, Korea Telecom Corporation (KT). He worked as a part of Group Strategy CFT during merging Korea Telecom (KT) and Korea Telecom Freetel (KFT) from 2008 to 2009. And from 2010 to 2012, he served in Ethics Management Office of Legal & Ethics Office.
From 1998 ~ 2000, Mr. Lee assisted President & CEO of KT in the Secretary Office. Also in 1997, he served as an auditor in KT.
Mr. Lee joined KT in 1991 after graduating from the Seoul National University with a bachelor’s degree in Geography. He earned a master’s degree in Finance from the MBA of Thunderbird, AZ, U.S.A., in 2004.
Shri A. K. Garg obtained his B.E. Degree in Electronics & Communications from University of Rookree in 1975. He completed Master in Communications Systems also from University of Rookree in the year 1977 and joined Department of Telecommunications, Government of India through Indian Telecommunications Services Group ‘A’ Service in December 1977. Prior to his present assignment Shri Garg was Director (HR), BSNL. He has vast experience of 34 years in the DoT/BSNL. During his tenure, he has worked in various capacities as General Manager, Chief General Manager and Director, BSNL Board, possesses wide experience in human resource, creation / promotion of new services, lines and new streams for DOT/BSNL with strategic expertise in the field formation as well in Circle/Corporate Office. He has demonstrated strong capabilities in leading small and large functional teams to study and achieve specific business goals.
In his assignment of Director (HR) in BSNL Board his varied and time tested experience had given a new dimension of leading human aspects/aspirations of a workforce of nearly 3,00,000 employees. As business head for Material Management in BSNL HQ, he affected fundamental changes in procurement manual and gave the required dimensions for improving the enforcement of agreement conditions of various contract. As chief General Manager, CTD, at Kolkatta, as CGM, Kolkatta Telephones, he led a large change management process encompassioning installation, QOS improvement, HR, Marketing and Finance, in addition to being instrumental in optimizing the GSM network.

Hajime Kii became Managing Director of Global Business Division at NTT DOCOMO INC. in June 2010.
He joined NTT DOCOMO in July 2007, when he was named General Manager of Mobility Design Business Group, Corporate Marketing Department I. Then he has transferred as Deputy Managing Director of Global Business division in July 2008.
Prior to this, Mr. Kii held a number of positions at the parent company, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT). From July 2002, he served as General Manager of Global Business Strategy Group, and when the group was reorganized into Global Business Strategy Office in December 2005, Mr. Kii continued to oversee the unit as General Manager.
In July 1997, he was appointed as Vice President of NTT America, Inc., a wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary of NTT Communications Corp., the international and long distance service arm of NTT.
In April 1994, he became Deputy Manager of Human Resource Department of NTT, after serving as Senior Manager of the Tokai Regional Communications Sector from February 1992, and Manager of Human Resource Department from June 1990.
Mr. Kii joined NTT in April 1983 after graduating from the University of Tokyo with a bachelor’s degree in law. He earned a master’s degree in business administration from the School of Business, Yale University, USA, in June 1989.
Mr. Alejandro O. Caeg is Head of International and Carrier Business Division of SMART Communications, Inc., the Philippines' leading wireless services provider. He is also the concurrent
First Vice President/Head of the International and Carrier Business Group of Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company, the largest and most diversified telecommunications company in the Philippines.
His expertise include mobile services distribution, fixed broadband services, overseas telco ventures, fixed lines and international services, mobile VAS and MCommerce trade, vendor negotiations, emerging revenue generators as MVNOs and mobile broadband.
He was part of SMART as Group Head for Customer Care back in 1997 before transferring to Sales
and Distribution in 2002. He has experience in sales and marketing management, C-level relationship management, product and business development for new markets, customer service interface and customer retention, project management, business operations and continuity, trade alliances, as well as business risk management.
After his previous stint with SMART, he became the Chief Commercial Strategy Officer of PT Smart Indonesia, a 100%-owned telecom subsidiary of one of Indonesia’s biggest conglomerates (the Grup Sinar Mas) that rolled out a nationwide CDMA network together with an EVDO Rev. A data implementation.
He graduated at the De La Salle University with a degree in Applied Economics and took up MBA from the same university. He is also a Management Development Program candidate of the Asian Institute
of Management, Manila.

In his own capacity at StarHub, Chan Kin Hung is responsible for the strategic planning, development and management of all products, services and content that are provided on StarHub's multiple platforms. These offerings which include mobile, pay TV, broadband and fixed services, are targeted at consumers, households and businesses. He is also in charge of customer lifecycle management and business planning and analysis.
Kin Hung joined StarHub as Head of Mobile Services in 2001, bringing with him more than 15 years of product development, marketing, sales and general management experience in the computer and telecommunications industry. Prior to joining StarHub, Kin Hung was the Managing Director of UUNET Singapore Pte Ltd, an MCI WorldCom Company where he was tasked to start and build up the Singapore operations from scratch and had succeeded in establishing UUNET in the local market as the key player in the wholesale and corporate Internet marketplace.
Kin Hung received a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor as well as a Masters in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
